The Experience

Quiet Luxury, with unique Tirhandils

In a world of crowded gulets and packaged excursions, the Tirhandil remains the Aegean's best-kept secret. Hand-built in Bodrum's storied boatyards, these double-ended wooden sailing vessels carried fishermen and sponge divers across these waters for centuries. Today, ours carry no more than six guests at a time — across the protected bays of Foça, past islands where time still moves at the pace of the wind. Culinary Excellence

A Taste of the Aegean

Forget mass-produced buffets. Our table is set with freshly prepared Aegean mezes — olive-oil dishes, herbs from the hillsides, and premium seafood: the local catch of the day or fresh prawns, grilled on deck moments after we drop anchor. Just let us know if you have any allergies and your choices and consider it done. It is always an option for you to bring your own food and we will help you cook it.

BYOB — your favourite wine or champagne is welcome aboard. We provide the chilling, the glassware, and the view.

Cast off in the morning light and spend a full day tracing the coastline of Foça. We anchor in secluded bays reachable only by sea, where you can swim in crystal-clear water, doze on deck, or simply watch the world drift by — complete with a fresh seafood lunch prepared on board.

Two beautiful options for you. As the heat of the day softens, we set sail into the golden hour. Glass of wine in hand, mezes on the table, you'll watch Foça's historic waterfront and ancient islands glow in the last light of day. An unhurried, intimate cruise made for couples and small celebrations. The other option is to witness the best sunset view, see the image above, while we are in the harbor. In this case, the crew can leave the boat for your privacy, you enjoy the view with an HD chill vibes and your booze.

Freshly curated Aegean menu, local Aegean mezes, olive oil dishes, and fresh seafood, prawns and more. Always possible to bring your own food or change the food to veg, chicken or meat.

Crew

Not a typical captain. The crew has a corporate history of min. 10 years, having either Master's Degree or international experience in top-end companies with a fluent English. Of course with an high end marine license and experience.

Our most intimate vessel though very spacious on deck. 6 people can easily have a very nice wine & dine when at harbor but due to regulations recently published, this boat has only 4 people capacity to take on a cruise. A faithfully maintained 11-metre classic Tirhandil for up to four guests — perfect for couples and small families seeking privacy, huge comfort( both front and rear deck can hold up to 6 people and you will be only 4 in total), and the authentic feel of wood, rope, history and sail.
